Its been awhile but I thought I would write a quick blurb about what is going on in our lives. I am proud to say that Micah's last day at school is Nov 30th that is in 4 days wahooo!!!! He still has to take the big test but I have confidence he will pass he has put in a lot of hard work. The kids and I will be so glad to have him back in our lives full time. We are also in the process of accepting a job for him in Pocatello Idaho but probably won't move until February. Other than that exciting news which is something to talk about we are just doing the normal everday things. Payton is in Kindergarten and learning how to read and Treyson is doing a good job learning how to write his name and write his letters although his attention span is not to be desired. I hope it will get better. We did go to zoo lights and decorate the Christmas tree for Thanksgiving weekend. Hope everyone is doing well love you all.

Payton started kindergarten this last week. She is going to the private kindergarten at our daycare. She was excited to be able to go to the big kid classroom and to not have nap time anymore. Her teacher is Miss Sara and she seems to like her class so far. She told be it was gooder than she thought. Treyson is going to preschool now but still in the same classroom so no big changes for him.
We have had a fun summer with nice weather and more sun than normal for Portland so that has been a blessing. Except for those random 102 degree days with no air conditioner those were not fun. Micah is so close to being done with school it will be so nice. He finish's up at the first of December and then has to take national boards to be able to start working. He has already got a job offer in Farmington New Mexico that we are excited about and will probably take as long as nothing better comes a long. We are truly blessed we love and miss you all.

I am finally updating our I know it has taken me forever but we are a pretty busy family right now. We did survive Micah's trip to Florida for nine weeks. He has been in Portland for a couple months now so we have been doing a few fun things in our spare time. Below our a few pictures of our adventures. We went to the coast not to long ago which of course was not very warm and the water was freezing but the kids still managed to have a great time. There is just something about the ocean that is unbelievable in my eyes. Micah also turned the big 29. The kids were more excited to make him a cake then they are for their own birthdays. It was super cute. The last pictures our from when we took the kids mini golfing last saturday. Treyson loves to golf and so he ran wild and had all the holes done in about 2 minutes. Then he proceeded to run around like a crazy man from hole to hole having so much fun. It was a good thing we were the only ones on the course. We are doing good here in Oregon but we are about done with it since it is July 3 and it is still in the 60's and raining day after day after day!!!! Micah will be done in 5 months and who knows where we will be after that but we do know God has a place for us. hopefully it will be a little closer to home. Anyway Thats all for now but we miss you all!!!

So it has only taken me about a month to post this but it's finally here. Miss Payton Jean has turned five and boy how time flys. We love this little girl so much she is the light of our lives. She celebrated her birthday in Utah and Nana and Pamps house. She had an ariel cake and was so happy about it. Payton is so smart. She knows all her letters and sounds and is learning some sight words at daycare just recently. She loves to play with barbies and to play with her brother. They are fighting less and that is nice. Payton also had her ears pierced for her 5th birthday. She had some hello kitty earings put in and she is sooo happy about them. She was a brave girl. We love you Payton

Well I know I haven't blogged in a while but it is a busy time for our family. We did however get to take a trip to Newport Oregon while Micah was doing his clinical's out there. It is a beach town about 3 hours from our house in Portland and it was small but exciting to do something different and get away. The kids loved going down to the beach and playing around in the sand. It was actually a pretty nice weekend so we had a lot of fun on the beach and the dogs were in heaven too. These Pictures our of The light house in Newport. There were also some really cool tide pools there that we walked down to and saw a bunch of different hermit crabs, fish, anemonies and other stuff. As for now and what the heck is going on. I am just taking Micah being gone so much day by day and not really trying to think about it a whole lot because then I get overwhelmed. He leaves for 10 weeks tommorow and I am really sad but glad we our so close to being done. 9 more months and we will be done with school yeah. The kids our great, I am great, we are hanging in there and well Micah is not happy about the whole thing but he will do great I know. We love and miss our families but this has been a good growing experience for our family.
So I don't have many pictures from Christmas because I was a lame and forgot my camera. But here are some pictures of Christmas that we had at our house before we traveled to my families for Christmas. We had a lot of fun and we always love Christmas time. It was fun to see how excited the kids get about there stuff. these are the prime years for Christmas for the kids in my opinion. Some of the things we did during the Christmas season were Zoo lights, Salt Lake Temple lights, and the kids got there own fisher price nativity scene to play with and they loved that. We were able to have ornaments on our Christmas tree this year and well it seems like a long time ago already sorry I am so late at posting this blog
